Add methods to PixelsStore ICE API

Description
For big images at least one new method will be needed to get hypercubes from multi-dimensonal image data. Having a generalised getHypercube method will benefit ndim as well as big images.
Are any other methods used? I.e. getting default chunks? getting chunk information?

A generalised getHyperCube() method was added in [8880/omero] with stubs added in the two implementing classes.
Closing for now, reopen if there is a need for further API methods
