Description

Flat view of the hierarchy i.e. the root node is no longer displayed.
The user can add a top container i.e. a Project or a CategoryGroup? regardless of the currently selected node by selecting the "New.." item in the File Menu.
The user can also refresh the tree by selecting the "Refresh Tree" item in the File Menu.
