Description
Happens after one image fails, causing all additional images to also fail. Seems a buffer is not getting cleaned up correctly.

Based on the stack trace and the "Application" entry from QA 3026 - 3029, it looks like this is happening with the 4.2.0 importer. There were many reports of this problem with 4.2.0; I can certainly reproduce the exception with 4.2.0, but not with 4.2.1 or trunk.
