Tracking task for issues with Bio-Formats (specifically reader and binary data logic) and block based imports.

Basically every other plane (the second channel as Will observed in Insight) is not read the same.

MD5 mismatches for 2chZT.lsm should be resolved in bio-formats:r7311.
