Generate ObjectReader to use new ObjectWrappers

Description

In order to reduce the number of hand-written layers we need, one single location to wrap all ome.model objects (#3629) should be written.

ObjectReader should take such objects as input in order to fulfill the MetadataRetrieve interface.
