Bug: insight doesn't offer delete for private group owner

Description
On warlock "jmoore" is an owner of "default" a private group. I can see "bwzloranger"'s data, but not delete it. In web, it's possible.

Group owner should have the right.
I think that was done. Probably only in the collaborative context
