Review all existing documentation:
 - Spreadsheet: 
    -- page
    -- location (trac, web, etc.)
    -- section (Insight, Importer, Server, etc.)
    -- audience (Beginner, Admin, Developer, etc.)
    -- update status (4.2.2, depreciated, etc.)
 - Update any pages with notifications if depreciated, etc.

Note: This seems like a better way to record all existing pages (as opposed to adding to the 'ideal' document framework spreadsheet which does not include all the current pages).

Referencing ticket #3592 has changed sprint.

Next step here is to have folks go through their pages to determine what is depreciated or needs updating, updating google sheet accordingly.

Ola was asking what the process is here:

1. Check the spreadsheet at ​https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AghPr_VoHaQ7dGxjSENJZHJhZHYxOFZiOGo5ZGk5b2c&hl=en_GB#gid=0 for your pages

2. Mark any of your pages which are suppose to be deprecated or version specific with the html code from ticket #3867

3. Update the spreadsheet with your changes (if its depreciated, what version numbers its valid between, etc).

4. If you find a page which I've marked as being yours but isn't, change it and make a note of it, so the real author can update it accordingly.

Closed. Docs have been moved and reorganized to www.ome.org.uk. New ticket can be added if additional revisions needed.
