Allow launching heavy servers processes on the grid

Description

Deletes which may take hours to run should be run in their own JVM. Rendering engines which will need gigs of memory should do the same. These processes should be launched similarly to scripts. This story is included in the general "Install/Deployment?" requirement (#814) since one way of having this work is to replace icegridnode with something home-grown.
