XML annotation and stylesheet

We should offer the ability to relate XML annotation and
stylesheet. Such annotation may have more than one stylesheet.
More people have started using such annotation to add unsupported
metadata, stylesheet will help building the UI.

With the actual structure, we could have another XML annotation for the stylesheet and use an annotation-annotation link but such approach will quickly become unusable.

For example, one approach could be, if an annotation has a namespace "vendor.name:application" use vendor-application.xsl to convert it into a displayable form.
