Add <any/> functionality to DSL

Description

To support <any/> elements in Hibernate mapping files, the DSL will need type="any" or similar support. Once this is implemented, it can be used for EventLogs (#146/#361) and ExternalInfo (#371).

It's more likely that we'll remove DSL before we'll actually need <any/>. Closing.
