Moved from http://www.ome-xml.org/ticket/82

Make a distinction between the Data AcquisitionDate? (when the pixels were acquired) and File Creation Date (when the OME-XML file was created). These will be different dates for everything but WiscScan? images, right now. This is important for a variety of record-keeping tasks.

OME-XML already has a field for Data Acquisition date, and METS has a section
for file creation date.
