Users submit errors/comments via QA.
When an e-mail address is specified, we should contact them/ask few questions and record details (similar to what we plan to do in the college)
Define the few questions, a user should not spend more than 15mins answering
some like
- how did you hear about OMERO?
- type of science
- What do you like?
- what don't you like?
- what's missing for you
Define the template
UPDATE: Template defined and format discussed in 18 Jan meeting (http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/community/minutes/conference-calls/2011/2011-01-18-tuesday-meeting).
- The appropriate changes have been made and will confirm for 20 Jan in Thursday's meeting.
