ZVI channel data

Reported by: wmoore Owned by: wmoore
Priority: minor Milestone: OMERO-Beta4.3
Component: Import Version: n.a.
Keywords: n.a. Cc: dshumake@…
Resources: n.a. Referenced By: n.a.
References: n.a. Remaining Time: n.a.
Sprint: 2011-02-10 (5)

Description

ZVI files are imported with one colored channel and the others gray with incorrect names (reported by e-mail cc).

Looking at 'Original Metadata' from a couple of sample files, I see these values for all channels

  • "Channel Name 0: DAPI" etc
  • "Emission Wavelength 0: 470" etc

I don't have any PFF software to look at the files just now, but hopefully this is enough to color channels correctly (although it will color the transmitted light channels too).

I think this is sorted out in bio-formats:r7544. Will, could you please have a look and see if that revision solves the problem for the files you were testing against?

Will, what was the status of this?

comment:3 Changed 13 years ago by wmoore

  • Resolution set to fixed
  • Status changed from new to closed

This is fixed for me in ImageJ. Just gotta build my server to test on Import but I think we can assume it's fixed. I'll let you know if not. Closing for now.
