Web mobile improvement

During my 'free time' (weekend evenings mostly) I will occasionally be improving the mobile web UI. This is not high priority, although it is useful for testing the 'usability' of the OmeroWeb framework.

There are no 'goals' for Beta-4.3. I am just implementing the basic P/D/I browsing, annotating, viewing functionality.

This ticket doesn't have a sprint and is simply a reference point to link my webmobile commits.

Next few tasks:

• Most recent activity (imports, comments etc) DONE
• Docs, 404 page, tidying etc.
• Image viewer - investigate use of current viewport or adapt the current mobile image viewer
• Handling large Project / Dataset count etc.
• S/P/W browsing
• Search
• Browse Tags, Tag sets.
