RFE: Add "select all" option to various web panels (e.g. for delete)

Perhaps I'm overlooking something in the UI, but often I would like to select all the images in either the left or the middle panel (usually to apply something like delete).
Addressed in #4602 Hierarchy - new layout and functionality and #4695 OMERO Client - Actions between the Left and Central panels.

Possible to perform "group" action e.g. delete annotate.
