Database entity name length limits

Description
Some databases limit names to a certain length for tables, columns, constraints, etc. A mapping will be needed to clearly map between the full names as they are defined in omero:
@org.hibernate.annotations.Parameter(name = "segment_value", value = "seq_lightpathemissionfilterlink"),
and how they are defined in each such restrictive RDBM:
@org.hibernate.annotations.Parameter(name = "segment_value", value = "SEQ_LIGHTPATHEMISSIONFILTERLNK"),
