Following a web meeting on reviewing the the web interface against insight interface.
The review was focused on right hand panel and the central similarities and difference. The central points identified were on the range and what type of consistency between the web and insight is required. It was identified that this would require a larger discussion with the wider team. The short term work that will be required to be brought to this discussion is the range of aspects that need to be discussed so that a policy may be decided.

Actions required:

• Require nightshade stats (Find who creates lots of datasets within a month + how many images are there. The cycle of the the import needs to be checked and to find out the various scenarios of how much information is required to be presented.).

ACTION move to ticket Task (#4025)

• Complete remaining review of 3 web screenshots.

Updated - Two out of the three screenshot reviewed(search & public). There has also been the additional review of the me page and the investigation of the use of a user card. The final screenshot review of the calendar relates to the ticket #3872 and work required of insight with the combination of history (of import, etc) + calendar + images tab. The correlation between them if any needs to be confirmed at the meeting.

• Schedule review with JM to determine what needs to be replicated.

Updated Meeting Tuesday 25th Jan- The agenda for the meeting is to 1) determine what of the aspect of the work that will be taken on against the ongoing work of the release. 2) Determine the required interface correlation between insight and the web.

• A table will be created with the 3 column of: Required to be consistent between applications, Required to be different between applications and no correlation.

-To check/review existing tickets that may help inform this.
