Remove 'order by id' from queries

Description
Either replace with 'order by name' if this is very often going to be needed: E.g. gateway.listProjects() already has this, or simply return unordered objects and allow client to handle ordering.

In r8922, all 'order by id' clauses removed to return unordered results except for listProjects() which is ordered by name (same as for the Blitz gateway method it overrides).
