Filter by eid

Description
Several methods have parameter (eid = None) to filter by experimenter. If eid is None, we should return ALL available objects (instead of filter by current user).
- listProjects
- listOrphans
- listScreens
- listWellsInPlate
- getWell
This is already done for listAnnotations() in the Blitz gateway.

(In [8922/omero]) Adding changes to eid=None for container.py to only show user's data. Closes #3899

(In [8921/omero]) If eid=None then don't filter by experimenter. See #3899. Also removed ordering of queries except Projects still ordered by name. TODO: edit other webclient code to filter by experimenter yet.
