Description

As discussed on 18th Jan 2011 (with Ardan, Ingvar & Jason) it would be nice to ship as much of the current EM functionality as possible in a VM, as an example for how to do

  • Analysis scripts (EMAN2, IMOD, Spider processing)
  • webemdb view of data in OMERO
  • OA-viewer integrated with OMERO.
