Examine adding an @Untaint annotation

Description
An annotation on method parameters which would automatically reload the object. (A low-tech alternative would be to refactor all such API calls to take (Class,Long,...) instead.

Though interesting, it's more likely that the backend will change, before the need for @Untainted would become large enough to encourage us to implement it.
