Improve InCell plate name population

Description
See plate in dev.loci.wisc.edu:/data/incell/karsten/.
We currently populate the plate name using the "name" attribute of the "Plate" element. It has been suggested that we instead use the "name" attribute of the "AutoLeadAcquisitionProtocol?" element. We need to decide which attribute should take precedence.
