ScanR plate dimensions not always correct

Description

We have been told that some ScanR datasets are detected as 384-well plates, but are in fact 96-well plates. We do not yet have a dataset that exhibits this problem, though.

All the data that we have works; for all I know this was fixed in a previous release.
