"java omero integration" fails because EAR is not deployed

Description

It can happen that integration testing for /client can fail because the EAR is not fully deployed to JBoss. Currently, /antlib/resources/server.xml is just checking to see if the server is up. This is insufficient. Need to check for an the services themselves.

r1009 updates the twiddle string. However, it uses a hard-coded query string. See #40 on efforts to refactor these values out.
