Description

The following does not work:

Select an roi r1
Propagate roi
Select the roi, first selected.
Duplicate the roi and propagate.

The ROI r1 is propagated, not the duplicated one

Looking at it closer:

When the roi is duplicated, the duplicated roi goes under the original roi, then the user selects the top ROI thinking it is the new one but no...if the duplicated one is picked, the propagation works fine otherwise.
