Description
Action from ticket Task #3887
Nightshade stats (Find who creates lots of datasets within a month + how many images are there. The cycle of the the import needs to be checked and to find out the various scenarios of how much information is required to be presented.).
- This information will compliment the existing work towards the calendar work within insight and the web client.

Scott's key is in place and the script is available for him to modify as needed. What has been added, at Scott's request, is to also show the username with the existing user count queries.
