Allow an Omero user to import images for other users? E.g. have an admin "import" account being able to import for other regular users without knowing the users password but assigning the images to said user. Right now specifying a dataset id belonging to a different user throws a security violation error.

Note: discussed with Carlos and Chris this morning the ability to add: {"omero.user":"<some UID>"} in order to let admins more easily take actions for other users.

Note: this was implemented as #3529. We'd need to add a way to pass in which user in the UI and CLI.

Does it mean that the admin must be a member of that group?
is the workflow as follow
{"omero.user":"<some UID>"} to specify the user
{"omero.group":"<some UID>"} to specify the user's group
and the admin may or may not be member of the group

No. An Admin can pass

 {"omero.user":uid, "omero.group":gid}

for any user and group in order to sudo without creating a new session.
