Allow unit tests to be randomized

Description

Right now unit tests are always run in the same order. We should allow the test order to be randomized, so as to catch any order-related bugs.

All of our unit tests are TestNG tests, which are run in random order by default. See the bottom of this section in the TestNG documentation: ​http://testng.org/doc/documentation-main.html#testng-xml.
