Add support for OME-TIFF files produced by Leica Matrix scanner — at Initial Version

Description

These are similar to "Leica OME" files, see #386. The primary difference between Leica Matrix OME-TIFFs and normal multi-file OME-TIFFs is that the Leica Matrix files are not aware of each other - each OME-XML block describes a single plane, without mention of the other files in the directory.

Based on the file names and directory structure, we can determine which files belong together.
