  • Make sure that every file has an accurate configuration file entry.
  • Remove any duplicate datasets (e.g. in 'test_images_good', 'test_images_metadata' and 'OMERO_Test_Images').
  • Verify that readme.txt files are present, accurate, and contain relevant notes.

This is somewhat related to #308 and #536.
