Add support for Zeiss LSM files that have differing bits per sample

Description
See the file in data/zeiss-lsm/aaron-o*/. Each non-thumbnail IFD has a BitsPerSample? entry of [16, 16, 8]. It's currently assumed that each element in the BitsPerSample? array will be equal to the 0th element, thus the last sample is treated as a 16-bit sample.
