Comment: on .insihgt, making projection: for stacks of 512 x 512 x 64 or greater (on system I am using), click projection tab and starting projection consistently results in no projection, and nonstop spinning wheel. however, closing window, re-opening, and then clicking projection tab again gives projection immediately. seems like a timeout? This is reproducible on nightshade, with the INCENP staing project, under my account

- Click on canvas to generate the first preview (as it used to be) and not create the projected preview when the user select the tabs for the first time.
- Add a refresh button.
