Configuration server and host importer

Description
Is there a way (e.g. by editing an XML file in the clients' config folder) to specify which server to use by default?
Our new users tend to get confused by the requirement to add a new server on the splash screen on first login, and we only have one server.
Note: the host is already in the configuration file for OMERO.insight

Pushing that out of 4.3. feature requested by Imperial but they are now more likely to use the import functionality implemented in omero.insight.
If not, since the importer (in insight) is an agent, we can adjust code so the importer can be opened by itself.

The people need such functionality are most likely to use the new import functionality added to insight.
The server and host configuration is already in place.
