[DB] Move 4.1 to Hibernate 3.5

Description

Since the patches for #73 require a patched version of Hibernate 3.5, it will be necessary to port all of the changes for Hibernate versions after 3.2.6 (See #1260) to 4.1

With the large commit to dev_4_1_custom this can now be considered implemented. Significant testing needed.
