Update SVS reader to correctly identify thumbnail series

Description

Most SVS files contain several thumbnail series in addition to the full-resolution image. IFormatReader (by way of CoreMetadata?) already has the capability to distinguish between thumbnail and non-thumbnail series, so we should update the reader to take advantage of this.
