Use sub-resolutions

Description
Add the creation of the thumbnailing of big Images to Thumbnail service.
This will require changes to the Thumbnail service so that it creates multiple images in a way that it can interpolate between these multi-resolution images, to generate a thumbnail of size (x,y)
