Arrange meeting with Andy on his matlab script use

A day and time for a meeting with Andy is required to observe the use of keywords and of the potential conflicts that may/can occur.

UPDATE 17th Feb: I have spoken with Andy and he is currently still analysing his images but he will not be using the tool until next week

now. It was left that I will be contacted next week at some point when he is using the tool.

UPDATE: The meeting took place on the 23rd the outstanding action is to complete the notes from the meeting.
The central aim for the interview was to have the first discussion of the actual use of the tool. The script reviewed was the intensity measurement tool.

Key Points from the discussion

• The major advantage given script is on the amount of time it saves.
• The acknowledged disadvantage is the tool is still a little clunky in places, although this is supported and overcome by having the developer in the office to ask questions when necessary.

• The work with the intensity measurement tool.

The background tasks involves selecting out the area of interest and moving the planes this will be done for each data set. (Usability Note - a select all for the levels would be helpful at this phase i.e. similar to an email select all.)

• The task being done by Andy is the measurement of the green dots on the image. The measurement tool is used to select the appropriate channel to segment out on the image. And then exporting the measurements to excel.

• Andy was moving between the tool and OMERO to compare and contrast with the information from the tool to the visual images. The option to have this integrated so it may be easier to do would be helpful for the script use.

• The benefit of the tool is that it can allow for the selection out of measure directly and measure around intensity settings.
