SCM: Point all docs/examples to spec.o.org/<release>

Previously, all documentation pointed to http://svn.openmicroscopy.org.uk and other specific resources. These have to all be changed, and should use something relatively abstract, to prevent breakage if/when we change URLs.

All of the links to http://svn.openmicroscopy.org.uk have already been changed as the work was also on another ticket. #3962
The only link remaining is http://svn.openmicroscopy.org.uk/svn/ome/ which is the repo for the original OME server and is exposed on no other URL.
They were moved to git.ope... and trac.ope... links. If we want a neutral domain name for all these links then this needs defined.
Pushed as this needs a large number of changes to the web sites and also defining a new domain name in the DNS and changes to the Apache Config.

Closing as we've done the original work. If we're to define a new URL (like docs.o.org) then we'll take care of that when we've finished designing the new web page)
