ROI attributes

Need to support more attributes of ROIs and Shapes. Although many fields in the database/model are not used (see #4317) we should support the following in web if possible (or choose sensible defaults if field is not filled).
NB: Always support the OME Model, even if Insight writes values that are invalid
- transform (E.g. rotate(0,120,100) or translate(30,50) - This needs to be reviewed #4556
- mask - See #4336
- fill colour
- stroke colour & width
- font:
- fontfamily (always 'VERDANA' from Insight. Helvetica, Courier, Arial, TimesNewRoman? in Model) Problem with Verdana is fixed, default is Arial
- fontstyle (Bold, BoldItalic?, Italic, Regular - Ignored by Insight) problem fixed
- fontsize (recognised by Insight, but not editable - default saved as 12) We will allow more flexibility later.
- Support plotting of Line.

Donald, I need to try and work out with you why my interpretation of the matrix doesn't appear to match the measurement tool.
