"New Gateway" wiki page

Use a wiki page to host a slice definition file that defines a new OMERO service to eventually replace all existing services.
Initially this should consist of methods from the blitz gateway, condensed as much as reasonably possible.

To date - have distilled small number of general purpose methods: getObjects, listObjects, findObjects, deleteObjects, searchObjects.
Counted numbers of other methods in blitz gateway that are not supported by this functionality.
- Admin - some based on current context 20 methods
- Share - 9 methods
- Timeline - 1 method
- get by Annotation - 3 methods (including listImages(ns) and listAnnotations(ns) above.
- Enumerations - 6 methods
Thought about loading strategy.
Need more discussions with others about pre-loading vv lazy loading and what to do about remaining methods.

Code being implemented in blitz gateway instead of defined as slice definition.
Referencing ticket #4278 has changed sprint.
