Distribution has been broken by adduser changes et al.

Description
#104 and friends (refactoring of build into common/, client/, and server/) have broken the "dist" target. Various commands no longer work.
- dist/build.xml!reload-db is broken because server/*.xml are missing
- ditto for deploy
- adduser/addgroup broken because lib/repository/omero//*.jars are missing.

r1057 fixes/checks the following targets (visible with "usage"):
The reload-db target mentioned in the ticket should never be called. Perhaps it needs to be more clearly disabled.
In general, the solution was to overwrite the "classpath.xml" value used in each COMPONENT/build.xml
