Make file grouping dialog more user friendly

Description
The file grouping dialog is quite user un-friendly, as it assumes that the user knows how to specify an appropriate file pattern.
It would be nice if the dialog were more like ImageJ's "File > Import > Image Sequence.." dialog.

It now looks more like the dialog from "File > Import > File Sequence".
I am still not entirely pleased with how it looks, but for now this is
sufficient. Closes #4448.
