Metadata Panel - first UI changes

Description
After a brief look at metadata panel with Scott, I'll make a few changes to align Web with Insight - focusing on easy changes initially.
Initial planned changes:
- Rename and reorder tabs to match Insight, moving existing content to appropriate tab
- Add basic metadata (pixel dims etc) to 'General' tab.
- Display Rating (no Edit functionality yet)
- Allow adding of Comments in-line, with comment box above comments and 'Add comment' or 'Save' button beside text box.
- Remove 'Channel:' from the Channel tabs and put colored square beside channel name (instead of text background).
