Description
It is important to get the metadata from the BF library to correctly choose colours,
see
ColorFactory?, http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome/browser/ome.git/components/tools/OmeroImporter/src/ome/formats/model/ColorsFactory.java
This will be used by
#4432
The other use of this is that it can be used to see all metadata in the file.

We're using JPEG 2000 compressed versions of the raw pixel data so marking this as invalid for now.
