client tests moved from components/client are broken

These were ported from client but have never worked properly. They can quite likely be deleted. For the moment, I'll disable them.

I had a closer look at the tests, pojos, rendering, etc can be removed.
Some initial work on chgrp and admin should probably be kept. Moving that to next and will clean that up first thing after release.
