Bioformat: Assign Colour to channel

Description
The colours assigned to a channel are determined in the importer. This maybe should be a method provided by bioformats when there is no colours supplied from the fileformat.
This functionality is currently in the Importer only and might be needed by others.

Should I then just change Bio-Formats so that Channel.Color is guaranteed to be populated when setId is called? If a color isn't explicitly defined in the file, we'd just color based upon wavelength or failing that default to red/green/blue as in the importer and:

We do a bit more than checking the wavelength, other metadata values depending on the type of data and some channel's color is reset after the fact. We can go over it while you are here.
