Description
The recent feedback sessions with Johan (#3481 & #4487) has continued to bring up the need for batch export tools of batch save and batch projections.
The key issue raised on both occasions is the reduction of clicks when you are exporting large datasets.
As previously highlighted the selection in thumbnail view will require some significant work.

Exports in which formats OME-TIFF, jpeg, etc?
comment:5 Changed 7 years ago by saloynton
This was created in relation to the Batch_image_export.py script, and so the ability to batch save and batch projection with the currently supported export formats of OME-TIFF, .png and .jpeg.

In that case it is only PNG and JPEG. The script does not support ome-tiff.
