Description

After various modifications to the Blitz Gateway, it is probably time to have another look at this API, with a view to only exposing stable methods for the 4.3 release.

Possible clean-up:

  • Maybe move Enumeration methods elsewhere? Not general purpose client methods? (Not used by any of our clients).
  • Maybe reduce method count by
    • collapsing delete methods. deleteObjects('Dataset', anns=False, child=False)
    • collapsing search methods. searchObjects('Dataset', text, created=None)

Will discuss and create tickets if needed. Maybe need to review again nearer 4.3 release.
