Tag dialog box allows user to start typing. This filter should auto complete tags in the left hand panel. For example: user typed meta then tags which starts from meta... should only be visible. Then user can pick one or more.
If User is a fast typist and manage to type entire tag the tag should be auto selected then added to right panel.
If user click Add and tag already existing, user should be asked if really want to create a new one.
