The consistency for the tag functionality for providing add and unlink options. The delete for a tag is to be managed within the left hand panel in data manager. (See #4615: Evolution of Tagging Workflow)
Tag deleting is currently not working in the left Tag tree. Tag disappears upon 'delete' but refresh shows the tag has not been deleted.
